Revisiting Centenary Square , Birmingham , July 2019
Back in July I had the opportunity to take another look at the completed Centenary Square developments in Birmingham , now complete and featuring a fascinating water feature with a shallow bed of water which can be walked across , offering spectacular reflected views of the nearby Library , Repertoire Theatre and also International Conference Centre.
Having last had a look at the project back in January it’s really remarkable how the space has come together in the last six months with a modern and energetic design , with a new patterned walkway linking the older and more modern aspects of the site very nicely , and also with more to come with the upcoming Arena Central developments nearby.
